Business Horsham's vision is to be the core business group within the Horsham Municipality, projecting an influential and independent voice for small business. Re-energizing the business community, we will be the first point of contact for Horsham business by local, State and Federal governments, local organizations and community groups.
Mission
Business Horsham's mission is to make Horsham the most livable rural city in Australia, serving and promoting the growth of local business and creating a vibrant and energetic community through projects targeting significant change and progress.

Statement of Purpose
- To assist the business community to undertake projects that will have a strategic and economic benefit to the business community as a whole
- To enhance the profile of the Horsham municipality business districts within the Wimmera and the State of Victoria
- To support activities that attract new business to the Horsham municipality
- To advocate on behalf of businesses and provide leadership on major business issues within the Horsham municipality
- To support mentoring, training and communication activities that will enhance the operations of business members
