GENERAL INFORMATION

 

  • Gift cards are subject to the Gift Card use Terms and conditions upon activation, these Terms and Conditions are available at www.westvicbusiness.com.au/gift-cards and at the Horsham Newsagency, 42 Pynsent Street, Horsham.
  • These cards can only be used for goods and services at participating businesses from the listed businesses above.
  • Once issued the cards have a 3 year expiry date.
  • Card is not valid without the West Vic Business Expiry Sticker.
  • The cards have no value until purchased.
  • Cards are not redeemable for cash or travellers cheques.
  • No responsibility taken for lost or stolen cards.
  • Full value of the card is to be redeemed in a single transaction - no change will be given.
  • Some businesses may give you the choice to work off the cards value however if this is not specified the default is that the card is used in a single transaction.
  • Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the gift card value the cardholder will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the gift card value.
  • No refund will be issued for for any unused value remaining on the card.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions as circumstances require.

 

ORDERS

  • You may place an order either by phone on 0423 200 332 or via email info@businesshorsham.com.au or by choosing the 'Contact Us' tab on this website.
  • Orders will be deemed to have been received by West Vic Business Inc at the time West Vic Business sends an order confirmation to your nominated email address.
  • Each order, once accepted, represents a separate Agreement incorporating the terms of that order.
  • West Vic Business reserves the right to not accept Orders that request commercial quantities of gift cards. If West Vic Business is unable to supply your total Order this Agreement will endeavour to contact you to discuss whether you wish to proceed with the Order.
  • West Vic Business reserves the right to cancel any Order without notice for any reason.
  • In event of a cancelled Order, any payments processed by West Vic Business will be promptly refunded.
  • Customers who wish to cancel an Order must immediately notify West Vic Business on 0423 200 332 during business hours, quoting the Order reference number. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. West Vic Business will endeavour to process cancellation requests where possible, but will not be held liable for any failure to do so.
  • You acknowledge that the Internet can be an unstable and, sometimes, insecure marketplace. At times the Website may not be available, or Orders may not be processed or may not be accepted for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances West Vic Business accepts no responsibility. West Vic Business does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us including your credit card details, is transmitted at your own risk and West Vic Business is not responsible while such information is in transit. The Australian Government has published additional information about protecting yourself in online transactions. This is available at http://www.staysmartonline.gov.au (this website is not provided by West Vic Business)

PAYMENT

  • Payment for online orders is to be made via direct deposit to the West Vic Business nominated bank account as detailed on the West Vic Business invoice.
  • Orders will not be despatched until full payment is made within 24 hours of the invoice being sent from the West Vic Business office.

DELIVERY, RISK & TITLE TO GOODS

  • West Vic Business uses Australia Post to carry out delivery of Gift Cards ordered online. Any issues regarding delivery of Gift Cards ordered via www.westvicbusiness.com.au/gift-cards should be referred to West Vic Business directly.
  • Where circumstances allow Gift Card orders may be hand delivered by the Executive Administrator or an Executive Committee member.
  • West Vic Business will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay in delivery.
  • Subject to payment, property and risk of the Goods passes to you upon dispatch of the Goods to your nominated delivery address.
